Where We Ship

Shipping Method & Delivery

TimesAll orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days from dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed — occasional delays can occur due to Royal Mail service disruptions, weather, or high-demand periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday).

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [1–2] business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after [CUT-OFF TIME, e.g. 2pm] or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your delivery via Royal Mail.

Subscription Orders

Subscription renewals are shipped on the same schedule as one-time orders, dispatched shortly after each billing cycle. You'll receive a separate tracking email for each shipment.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within [10] business days of dispatch, please contact us athaxsupplements@outlook.com with your order number so we can investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, though we'll do our best to help redirect or resolve the issue where possible.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at haxsupplements@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund under our Refund Policy.
